Banned Terms
I want to officially start a petition to ban the term “LOL”. Who is with me? While we are doing that, who else wants to ban something on the internets?
I realize that we can’t actually “ban” terms from the internet, but the people who are the worst offenders don’t know that. They will comply, I have no doubt.

I’m down with the LOL part. However, I LOVE WOOT!
I agree with Katie when people spell it “whoot”, but I agree with Janelle that I like and use “woot”. Sorry Katie, you can start a petition for that on your own blog.
i think this idea is bollocks! LOL is part of the language now. It’s ambiguity and simplicity are fantastic. It is one of the first speach and mannerism to text evolutions ever and will remain with us for all time. Back to your hole caveman.
